TRM
Privacy
This page describes the information used to run Thoroughbred Racing Manager.
Guest play and accounts
You can play TRM as a guest. Guest sessions and game progress are used to keep your stable available while you play. If you choose to register, TRM associates that guest progress with your signed-in account rather than starting a new stable. The sign-in service provides the account identity and verified email information needed for that account. TRM stores the display name and game records associated with your stable.
Game and service data
TRM stores game progress such as stables, horses, races, inventory, currency ledgers, and settings. The service also records operational information such as requests, IP-related security signals, and user-agent details when needed to protect the game, investigate abuse, or operate the service.
Browser storage
TRM uses browser storage and session data to keep the game working, including guest access and local game state. The sign-in service may use its own authentication cookies or session storage.
Payments
Stripe processes real-money gem purchases. TRM stores transaction references and gem-ledger records needed to confirm purchases and prevent duplicate credits. TRM does not store card numbers or card security codes.
External services
If you follow the Discord community link, Discord handles that visit under its own policies. TRM may also send optional game emails when an account has an email address and the relevant notification setting is enabled.
If you submit a private support request, bug report, or player feedback, TRM stores the message and relevant game context so it can be reviewed.
Questions
Discord is the current community/contact route. It is not a private billing channel: do not post passwords, card details, or other sensitive information there.
