When does the normal Market refresh?
Once per day at 12:05 AM Eastern. Horse, Staff, and Equipment listings share the daily market cycle.
Is the Yearling Sale part of that daily Market?
No. The Yearling Sale has its own Book 3, Book 2, Book 1, and Sale Day schedule.
Can I see the highest Yearling Sale bid?
No. The auction uses sealed bidding. You can see your own bid, not the current leader or another player's amount.
Why are Market horse stats shown as ranges?
Because scouting is part of the decision. A Scout can narrow the ranges and reveal more information before you buy.
Does a higher rating always mean the better horse?
No. Rating is useful, but surface, distance, age, potential, race history, and the shape of the individual stats can matter just as much.
What is the difference between Practice and a Local Race?
Practice is an instant solo test from Training. A Local Race is a scheduled race used during the offseason. Neither is the same as the main official Season Race system.
Why can I not enter a horse?
Read the message on the entry screen. Common reasons are age, health, low Energy, class rules, a closed entry window, not enough cash, or another action already booked for that day.
Why can I not breed a horse?
Breeding must be unlocked, the horse must be old enough, healthy, have at least 60 Energy, and be free for the day. Some close family pairings are blocked.
When does a foal arrive?
A successful breeding attempt schedules the young horse for delivery three days later. If the stable is full, delivery waits until there is room.
What age is a new bred horse?
The delivered horse starts at age 1 and uses its yearling portrait. It can begin training and racing at age 2.
Where should I start if I am lost?
Use the Getting Started guide. The easiest routine is: check the calendar, pick a sensible race, plan training around it, keep the horse healthy, and spend money only when it helps that plan.
